Scholarship Recipient: Wylie Bean

The Austin Smith Foundation is excited to announce our 2023 Austin Smith Foundation Scholarship Recipient, Wylie Bean.

Wylie Bean is a 2023 St. Paul High School graduate. This scholarship will allow him to both attend college and work as a student firefighter at the same time.

Wylie will be attending Chemeketa Community College in the fall and is pursuing enrollment in the Fire Suppression Program. Wylie will also be working and residing at the Marion County Fire District as a student resident.

We are excited to see all of the great things Wylie will do in the future.
